Johnson-Manley Lumber Company is a leading, regional framing contractor serving the Southwest's largest new home builders. The Company was founded 52 years ago by its CEO/Owner, Pat Manley. The skills and management techniques provided by the Manley Team have achieved continuous success despite unforeseen challenges. The skills and management techniques employed by Johnson-Manley have been perfected over time to provide our clients with the highest quality framing company in its market areas.
Manley is known for its on-time, on-budget framing of new residential and commercial developments. Originally, founded as a lumber supplier in 1970, the company evolved from the lumber business into framing. Management and staff have streamlined the value proposition for the Company to numerous local and national housing developers.
Streamlined methods result in the delivery of framed houses on or ahead of schedule. This result is accomplished even with dramatically lower overhead expenses than is typically incurred by peers and with minimal commodity risk for the Company. As a result of excellent service, Manley has gained approximately 50% of the new residence framing business in Tucson.
